Pressed Brass Mirror Restoration (Phase One)

We recieved this fantastic, but in need, pressed brass and engraved mirror for restoration. Over the next few weeks we are going to take you along this restoration adventure with us as we bring this ancient beauty back to life!

Our first task with this mirror is to carefully disassemble all of the very delicate brass ornament, some of wich is almost paper thin.

Here you can see all of the pieces layed out in an exploded diagram and labled so that we are sure that everything ends up in its proper place.
